Last year we celebrated our ten-year partnership with easyJet. Our long-term online community provides insight that puts the customer at the heart of decision-making. Whether we’re working on tactical projects like advertising, proposition and customer experience, or larger strategic pieces, our community plays a pivotal role. It is innovative by nature – as well as standard surveys and polls, the community combines qual methods to talk to customers in a way that returns more than just answers on a piece of paper.

But the real success story is the relationship that we’ve built with easyJet, who ensure we’re involved in decision-making early on, so that we can suggest how to approach a project and also be pragmatic in terms of knowing when it’s time to stop.
